Linda McDonough received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, she worked in the Special Education department of a public high school in Oklahoma for two years. She then moved to Texas, where she spent over ten years working in a corporate setting. Eleven years after completing her undergraduate program, she felt God calling her to begin a new career path. Linda has earned a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
Linda’s goal is to work with individuals to help them become the best version of themselves. She hopes to offer a safe space for each of her clients to feel seen and heard without judgment and that the counseling process will lead each client on the road to freedom. Linda is passionate about working with adolescents and adults. During her journey to becoming a licensed professional counselor, she desires to be a stepping stone in the lives of young people so that one day they will become mentally and emotionally healthy adults.
Linda is seeing clients under the supervision of Dr. Carole Gilmore.
